Dear Parents,
The school has modified the method of booking the Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) to avoid the inconvenience faced by parents during PTM.
The modifications are given below.
1. A teacher can address only 20 appointments during the PTM. The software functions in such a manner that it will not allow more than
20 appointments per teacher per PTM.
2. Parents get appointment once in three (organized) PTMs so that repetition is avoided and others can get
opportunity. e. g., If a parent
books appointment on 08-07-2022 then his / her turn to book the next PTM is on 29-07-2022 but neither on 15-07-2022,
nor on 22-07-2022.
